@Finula99 Try to always give your muscles 2 days of rest to recover (if you are working out with heavy weights and intensely.) So, say, do this Monday, Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday, etc. Or you can do 3x per week if that works for your schedule. Just eat enough protein to help repair your muscles into leaner, stronger muscles. Good luck!
This exercise is one of my favorites, it only takes about 10 minutes for me, I do 8 sets with 15 reps with two 50 lbs dumbells and I have rock hard legs. And you can actually feel your lower back getting worked out as well.

I like your advice on 15 reps too, too many people try to go low rep with these and get hurt, plus see no progress in terms of size. If I ever can't make it to the gym I'm going to do these. Heh, I have a 75# weight vest, 20# of wrist weights, and DBs that I can make go to 85# each. I could do these at 265# without even having a barbell!
Do you do step ups, hamstrings and squats on the same day? I never do deadlifts cause i dont feel them in the hamstrings so i just do hamstring curls???
for my high school football team we are doing barbell squats with heavy weights on our shoulders, i can do about 300 lb's with 5 sets of 20-35 reps, and i was wondering, since i have a heavy boddy mass, i sometimes have backpains during other activities, i was wondering if this is detrimental to my back (its not severe, but after standing still for a while it starts to hurt and i have to slouch , over, in otherwords i cannot keep a back straight; it only happens when im not moving)thanks =D
