It's strange to me that Layton and others say the SPP is big on thier agenda yet never seem to speak about it in public. Not much will ever change if no one knows about it.

You're right. They've told me that they need to stop it or kill it because it's undemocratic. But what have they done about this ? Did they mention the SPP during the election ? Go to the NDP page and try to find the SPP information on that page...
