idk why everyone disses on this. Im not a fan of EXE or Starforce, but its good. I tried it myself, couldn't stop playing till i died, and i regained my senses back. That and if it wasnt' good as many "Megaman Fans" say...then why would they make a shitload of these?

so many memories playing battle network I remeber first playing the game it was amazing! the battles were so stratigic the bosses were also much harder then starforces bosses I hope they make a battle network 7,one way they can make battle network 7 is you play as Lan's son Patch and his navi megaman junior which has programs from megaman.EXE and roll

I think the reason they ended it was because they can't really upgrade the battle system without revamping it (as seen in the horribad Star Force spinoff), and it wouldn't do to keep using it over and over. Also, they don't want to overmilk the series, or it'll end up being another Pokemon (with continuous repetition of the same thing over and over again). They gave the MMBN series a respectful, happy conclusion.

True, I think Starforce was made because some people had trouble with BN so they made a much easier version to help people feel better. But whats the point if it's not challenging?

Well, with Capcom having started Starforce, there's not a good chance of having a bn7, except if its fanmade.

Which won't be as good as the real version.

The only reason I can think they'd go back to Battle Network is to make a Battle Network collection addition(like Megaman X collection).

Good point ,the series may be gone but in my eyes,it still lives,I still watch the anime and I own all the games except the first one and side games,mmbn5 being my favorite.But you know,I still hope that capcom revisits Lan and Megaman EXE again and hope that they air stream and the movie in english.I know it's hopeless but anythings possible.

it was hard enough to find mmbn2,5, and 3,maybe I might look for it but i probably wo'nt go out of my way for it,was'nt shadowman just as diffilcult in the second game,even i had trouble beating him even with the help of a style change.

Starforce is fun, you just have to learn to adjust to the new style of system. I was skeptical at first, but the game has a really nice story, and if you play them in order, they get REALLY REALLY AWESOME! The advancements in the game-world technology are shown with more functionality on the DS per game, which I think is an absolutely BRILLIANT tactic! All forms of megaman are cool! Every megaman game is fun (except the DOS ones), and I hope it stays that way. Childhood=WIN.

I agree with both of you guys,I love the Megaman battle network games,although I just started playing the games,I completed 6 and now i'm playing 2,3,and 4.The anime is cool too,I just wish battle network continued and never ends, Megaman EXE is the best.

you know youre pretty cool man i own every battle network game they are addictive and that is why capcom hit the motherlode when they produced megaman 1 but i think the battle network series was great because it gave you more of a hero prespective like saving earth and not expecting a reward and on top of that it was just simply amazing how it was nearly paralel to the anime

I love this song, I actually have the GBA version, and I think that both versions are good. Infact this is the best end credit music compared to starforce 2 and battle network 6 because I also have those games
