How did the guy get into the far rear door (3rd door) without paying?

99 B-Line is a Rapid Transit line - all three doors are used for boarding. TransLink takes a bit of a risk with passengers along 99 B-Line routes... Personally I assume he already had a ticket and was transferring to the 99 from another bus.
