to get on yhe sign, you have to speak to someguy out side of sanctuary, he is the party planer, you have to be a member to get up there but if you have a member friend,you can port to them when they are there,hope that helpes :)

@buddy6459 Yeah now I do because I talked to this one guy and he said only members could go up but feel free to port to a friend that is up there.
