  • I just got the Perfect Push-up and if you follow the 3 week workout plan do you still see results?? And how long do you wait before you go into another position??

  • I'm not really doing it that fast. I sped the video up for time purposes. Even the parts where it looks like I'm going at "normal" speed, the video is still sped up.

    I do 3 sets of 3. You can do as many reps as you feel comfortable with. I try and do it every other day.

  • I'm going to try that, 3 sets of 20 (advancing higher). Do you think that using the perfect pushup alone can give me results, as I am too poor to afford any other equipment? I need to bulk up and get stronger for kickboxing and martial arts, and by the end of october. Also, do the pp supplements work if my diet is below par? Thanks a lot if you can help and answer these confusing questions =P.

  • thats a bad idea because your muscles need to heal. There are microscopic tears in muscle tissue after working out and the healing of those tears is what makes you stronger, not actually working out more but actually letting your body heal after a hard workout.

  • Cool demo. Bought a set a month ago and use it every AM. Definitely feel a bigger burn than regular pushups, but your experience convinces me to keep using it.

  • I love these reviews on it.. but none of them show my body type start and 30 days later results. i'm 172 lbs have an alright upper body, little fat in the core, and athletic lower body. i would like to see results from someone who A) isnt genetically lucky enough to have a great body already and B) someone who already hasnt been working a long time to get a nice body before showing it. I thank you for this.. i'm still going to buy the product, but I dont get to see the results you achieved by it

  • It DOES work. I bought it months ago and its brutal. Its much harder then a regular pushup. To make it harder I do all of mine with my feet on a chair now.
