@IzScoott Chins need to have a dust bath so that their fur stays soft and fluffy, cause watter irrtates their skin and their hair falls off , only advanced trainers can groom their chins with water, because they KNOW how to do it. But, its natural for them to roll in the dust, and he/she is not an it DX
