Lions in a pack reminds me of the chav bastards rioting and looting in the UK, completely a cowardly animal when on it's own against some Bull elephant, male rhino, or male giraffe. They can only attack in packs against weaker prey but even in a pack against these big animals and I"m talking a full grown male version they easily get killed.

@cockyjeremy No one would be giving you "their ideas". This is concrete proof. That link has named sources which is a smarter way of debating, then being stupid, and watching one vid or two, and making generalized statements. I've seen a vid of a male lion tearing a Nile croc nearly in half, and another of a tiger getting it's leg broken by one. I know that is not going to be the outcome of those two scenarios 100% of the time.
I'll leave you alone. I've talked to others about this...

@PUNKem733 I don't care what people say. People can do whatever they want. When you see it happen multiple times, those are FACTS, not just some random talk. You're only ignorant if you choose to believe talk over something you've seen. Let me see, what do i believe.. videos where i've seen, myself, that tigers destroy lions, or someone basing it off nothing but guesses and numbers.. HMMM.

@cockyjeremy Well... 7 tigers wouldn't attempt it anyway, since they're solitary. Tigers concentrate on ambushing their prey, typically smaller than them.

Lions may be bullies of the savannah but if you put'em in the same enclosure as the tigers then the lions get bullied. If you disagree watch the videos and you'll see tigers are the first to mess with lions most of the times. By the way I like all big cats just favor the tigers more.

it amazes me that ppl r actually arguing about the size of the elephant it's an elephant it was never small lol not even as a baby. 0_o i guess i am a normal person who thinks it's crazy that cats even though they're lions can kill an elephant. that's y ppl r so drawn to lions because they hunt in a way that most animals don't if you want to see a natural born killer to watch a lion are the most epic. they actually prefer to pick bigger targets that could be capable of killing them.

There is no animal that's too BIG or too small for a Lion. Lion can kill any animal that includes elephants as long as it can crush its windpipe but some elephant necks are too big for the Lions mouth. Lions the most fearless animal in the world. Lions are amazing creatures.

if you notice, the elephant is streaming from the glands on the side of its head - it means it's emotional or upset. elephants are so smart - this one probably knows exactly what's happening to it, imagine that fear. it's like watching a young human crying while getting attacked by lions. i don't know how anyone could not hate those lions and feel for the elephant.

Haha, why do people demonize lions? They're cool animals and only doing as nature intended- I think it's awesome there's wild creatures out there that coordinate and use team work to bring down such large prey. Better than humans shooting them just for their tusks.
