Azula is my favorite character as well. at first i hated her but realized she wasn't born evil. like what everyone else said her mother favored Zuko and Ozai ain't exactly ''father of the year'' and he corrupted her, using her as bait. at the end i felt really sorry for her because deep down she just wanted to be loved so yeah she was mean and cruel but only because her father taught her. she would've been better off with Ursa raising her instead of Ozai. He did screw up his kids lives

She had no one she could trust/talk to so she went crazy and paranoid.

@cdh98 actually they did. Ozai just completely ruined her to the point where she couldn't even accept love. Before the final battle between zuko and azula she had that visit from her mother and she told her she loved her.

Honestly I don't agree with you. She was the 4th most powerful firebender, coming after Aang (when he mastered it), Iroh, and Oazi. She could have been amazing! They could have had Ursa come back and have her accept her as a daughter, Ursa should have helped Azula, b/c from the very beginning Azula was vulnerable. And I think she could have been even better if her mom helped her.

@gumisgreat94 They don't care b/c M&B never provided evidence of good existing in Azula. (Her name's practically an adaption of the word, 'Asura', which is Hindu for "demon." Heck, you'd think she started suckling on Ozai's teat, instead of Ursa's, from the day she was born.) As long as she's not made into a scapegoat over the course of history, and the future actions of the GAang have led up to some big issues/problems in Korra's period, than I'm fine with it.

You did a good job. I didn't like Azula until I saw Sozin's comet and when I saw her crying in the end I realized she is a victim in all of this as well. DAMN...the one character I wanted dead I now have a new found empathy for her. 5/5

See a different side to Azula??? From what I've seen of her, it seems that both sides of her are the same- that same old crazy-as-hell bitch that can bend blue fire and lightning and wants the throne more than Zuko, who only wants his honor (which was already in front of him the whole series).

Very interesting. There seemed to be a lack of a focus, but at the same time it looks like you're connecting all the people in her life to this idea. (If that made sense at all.) It's a bit hard to find clips of Azula without her evil grin, but you managed pretty well. Nice job!
