In the Begenning of the IRS & Social Security, all money collected went to a TRUST FUND in Pureto Rico, all interest paid to the FEDERAL RESERVE went to P/R

From the TRUST fund it was sent to England, RUSSIA etc

After they took over TV'S etc, they moved the Social Security into General Fund, Pay Interst for Borrowed Money
