May I suggest a technique that will help you with some combat in this game. Run and Gun by Blindfiring at your enemy so a few shots hit them and then punching them and steelfisting them as a result. Also takecover more often.

Firstly, you shouldn't look around by aiming, it's much easier to look around without it. Only aim when you're going to shoot
