@ explodingyak. Generally you kind find just abou any app or similar app that you would find on a PC. Granted not too many games on Mac though. As for the mouse. Companies like Logitech support the OSX platform. You will see most the mac icon on the packaging. Just a response.

It depends what type of ports you have. If you have dvi or vga. Which ever make sure that you get the mini display port adapter for whatever you get. That is mini display not mini dvi. All new mac books use mini display ports instead of mini dvi.

If you mean the icons and folders to be all straight, right click on your desktop click 'show view options' and you can arrange your documents to snap to grid which basically straightens them all up and by name or date etc....

Got that Screenflow program you recommended, and now it froze. Tried to force quit, it seemed to work, but the box with the options is still open, and refuses to go away. Kind of annoying, considering I can't even open a window in front of it.
