okay warriors out there. warriors are not hard to kill in bg with a arcane mage, the problem is many arcane mages need gear and skills, arcane is the best spec when you start the pvp. many good geared and skilled mages is frost specced in bg's. there is a few good arcane mages, and those few is hard to kill. I don't play wow right now, but for me a warrior is a easy target with my arcane mage.

However, yes this person did or doesn't use keybindings/custom interface, personally I loved my old interface, it was fuckin awesome, I even had art skins for my bars maps and custom buttons, as well as keybinds on god damn everything.
