Fair enough it's a MASSIVE outlay, but think about it - save some amount of money, start a business/invest/buy a house and rent it out...you can earn money from that while you do whatever else to make money. When you get within whatever smaller amount, get a loan for the rest. Easy concept, just a little harder to do. I know that I'll be buying a Lamborghini within 3 years.
