  • My 12 week old lab puppy would only grab the tennis ball and haul ass to get away. I have bought your book and waiting to get it. I sentvyou a couple of messages on this issue. He loves retrieving and has never been punished. He doesn't drop what ever he is retrieving he just intensely wants to run away with what ever he is retrieving.

    That is CoCo one of our adopted strays. She loves to run thru training setups and provides a valuable distraction to help us train our dogs to work in the face of distractions. She also is a fairly proficient killer of water moccasins. The limp is from not being quite fast enough when dealing with one and getting a small bite on her foot.
