no, you have to beat the main goals in it and then once youve beaten it, the person who lets you in offers for you to leave whenever you want, but once you do, you cant go back in, the portal closes

to get there you have to have either the game of the year edition of the game or the expansion, the portal is east of bravil on a little island in the water i think u can see on map not sure but gr8 vid 5/5
