  • I always have half a pot of leftover coffee and this is a perfect solution for using it (in the event I don't drink it up in the afternoon)! Thanks for your creative sharing.

  • Awesome idea! I will have to freeze my hubby's leftovers from now on! Don't know if your Costco carries it or not, but with the soy milks, etc. that they have outside of the fridge they carry the Almond Milk made by Blue Diuamond that is 40 calories. I love it because I don't have to refrigerate it until I open it! (You get 6 boxes of it!)

  • @CandiisSweetEnough OMG thanks- I never thought about the boxed room temp stuff----

  • must have a go at that - thank goodness for the magic bullet lol

  • @skinnybrit2b you must!!!!

  • Mmmmm, looks great! I have never thought of freezing "left over" coffee. But since I got my Keurig, I don't have much left over anymore! I do occasionally make a 4-cup pot when someone else comes over. Maybe I'll brew some coffee just to make coffee cubes with and try this! Thanks for the idea!
