this is a great video. It used to happen ALL THE TIME! it has gotten less and less. When we blush, we feel HOT. Think of snow, a cold blizzard. I always look away from the person, and it always awkward when they start talking and i dont look at them in the eyes. I want to get a stress ball, it happens alot during public speaking. I have used lavender perfume also, lavender is supposed to calm you. I drink calm tea aswell. Its hard to overcome.
