I'd actually say that from what I can hear, screaming like that is going to screw up his voice fairly quickly. It sounds like there's no technique and that he's just doing it "raw". And that's all very well and good, but it will ruin your voice and very soon you'll end up in trouble. That's what happened to Bert McCracken from The Used and many other screamers who just "go for it"
