  • i've stopped eating sugars. it's quite frustrating, i still crave them like hell, but i know i have to, to not feed the terrible things.....

  • hey hey! Have you considered cleverous 402 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend lost a ton of weight with it.

  • i have been diagnosed with h pylori (and am in a lot of pain!!) and so was put on the BRAT diet but u dont recommend the toast right?

  • Soy milk is pretty toxic. I wouldn't ever drink it and I'd consider myself a criminal if I recommended it to anyone else. That's how bad it is! See the book "The Whole Soy Story" by Kaayla T. Daniel for more info!

  • This is so true!!! DO NOT DRINK SOY MILK! It will make u feel worse, I say this by experience

  • DOES ANYBODY KNOW WHERE I CAN GET MATULA HERBAL FORMULA FROM? HEARD THE SITE CLOSED DOWN, VERY STRANGE.

  • Fascinating reading all of this! I had terrible IBS for 7 years going to the toilet 10-12 times a day if i didn`t take loperamides from the doctor, they told me 2 try a wheat free diet however no effect! i had terrible chronic itching the past few years that is only slightly relieved when it flares up by antihistamines. i get acid reflux, gas, bloating etc and after a weight training injury since october ive had numbness in hands and feet and chronic upper limb pain in both arms.

  • It depends on which grains you're talking about and the person who has the symptoms. Gluten-containing grains are usually the most important to avoid. If there is yeast and fungal overgrowth as well as H pylori, then all grains should probably be avoided. Grains are poverty food - I rarely eat them at all as they're devoid of anything other than carbohydrate! You may want to check out my book, The H Pylori Diet. it's 232 pages and contains a lot of info. Check it out at my website.

  • Sorry, double posting!

  • I'm sorry I posted it twice!

  • Hi.

My daughter has h. pylori, high yeast infection and parasite. We're doing the natural approach that according to her naturopath, has shown better results than antibiotics. He also told us, to avoid grain and all the usual suspects, sugar, dairy and soy. I noticed that you didn't mention grains in this video. What do you think about it?

Is it that crucial, avoid grains too?

  • Hi. I'm suffering from H. Pylori infection. I did Endoscopy and Colonoscopy done and the gastroenterology specialists diagnosed me with H. Pylori infection. I'm currently on the triple therapy treatment. I hope it'll go away soon. But I'm also having this buzzing/whizzing sound from both of my ears for the past 2 or 3 weeks now and it doesn't go away. Could it be caused by the infection? Will it go away once the bacteria goes away? Thank you in advance.

  • @liquidpaper85

This is a really tricky question to answer. I recommend that you treat the H pylori according to your doctor's recommendations. The ringing in your ears could be due to the infection, but there are other causes as well. You might want to check out my website and/or book for more info. The website is given in the intro text to the video.

  • thank to you hard working. i am going to try the diet. i think will be hard to not use soy milk. but i will try. thanks

  • @tibkamp1 I also had to give up soy milk. You might want to try almond milk, cashew milk, sesame seed milk or coconut milk. If you can't find them at a store, there are recipe videos online right here at youtube. Good luck.

  • Yep, it sure is (but not in everyone - acne can also be caused by other factors). Skin problems like Rosacea, Urticaria and others can definitely be caused by digestive infections such as H pylori. There are some great research papers out there on this topic and I write about it in my book.

  • If medications make you feel worse, try using the following products:

Gastromend HP (get it from Moss Nutrition)

    Allicillin (Moss Nutrition again)

    Matula Herbal Formula

These are all great for getting rid of H pylori.

  • Hi, in response to giving free info. I have learned from 10 years experience as a PT, nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner that whenever I have given free information, it doesn't do a damned bit of good because people don't value it and therefore don't act on it. Let's see if you do: avoid gluten, cow's milk, soy, sugar. Eat organic. Use coconut oil. Sleep at 10.30pm at the latest. Drink pure, bottled water. Zero alcohol for 60 days. See how you do. Go!

  • Regarding milk calming symptoms. This is NOT good. you need to get checked for ulcers and H pylori

check out the testing options at my website site!

    Hope that helps!

  • It could be one of many reasons:

    1. you're not chewing your food properly. chew for 30sec

    2. your stomach acid levels are low (due to H pylori)

    3. you don't have enough digestive enzymes

    4. you have parasites or yeast/fungal overgrowth that is preventing digestion of food - you can test for this too.

    hope that helps!

  • I get food particles in my stool. i tested positive for H pylori. could it be due to the H pylori.

  • i think its all about finding fod that trigger your symptoms....

for example milk somehow calms all my symptoms down.......

anything really oily or candy causes my symptoms to flare up.....

i think this guy here has some good advice but if he was really trying to help people the information he would be giving would be free instead of being paid for..........

  • I HAVEBEEN GOING TO THE DOCTORS AND THEY CAN FIND NOTHING .BUT WHAT THEY CALL GASTRITIS ,. BUT THE MEDICEN DONT HELP BUT IT MAKE ME WORSE

  • Great video!!! Thanks!

  • thank you for this video. I have a better uunderstanding

  • Thank you...just what i needed to know...keep it up ;)

  • Intestinal bull sh*t!!! Very well said!!!!!!!!!!! I find it outrageous that they label anybody with digestive discomfort as having "ibs" simply because finding the root cause of the digestive problems is a lot more effort than fobbing someone off with a prescription for anti-spasmodics etc. Loving your videos!

  • THANK YOU
