Go to your powers window and at the top click combat attributes. Right click on anything in there and choose to monitor it and you get that window.

I accidentally removed a post instead of replying, oops. The question about Hibernate in PvP and being able to out-regen opponents?

Hibernate makes you completely 100% INVINCIBLE. The only time I didn't regen was when a Corruptor had a -regen debuff on me. That sucked, it basically just prolonged the inevitable, as she had a friend and when I popped out, they instantly killed me :p

That's rare though.

Sweet. My first character was an ice/ice blaster too. I was a noob and just thought that ice sounded cool. Luckily it works well for me. He's still my favourite character.

So you agroed all the mobs to follow you to a certain place, then used hibernate while you waited for all of them to get there, and you wouldn't die while you wait. Then once they were there, you used blizzard to wipe them all out?

Yep. By hitting Snow Storm on the first mob (farthest from my corner), I guaranteed that they would be constantly aggro'd and would follow me all the way. I fired a couple blasts at the second group and then, just as you said, hibernated until they got there, aim, buildup, and wiped em out.

Ice/ice is really underrated. Mine is only 41 and he's a total killing machine. Shiver drops movement and recharge to the floor. You had to hustle on that boss though. Blizzard is the most devastating nuke in the game.

Frozen Armor and Slows. Most of these CoT use Fire or Ice attacks, Frozen Armor has resistance against both. Slows also make it so they can't attack often.
