  • I'm learning to write my own keyboard neo classical shreds/improv stuff. What scale are you using in this shred? And what scales are useful for writing neo classical pieces? Also what chord progression are usually used for the darker pieces?

    Any answer is appreciated. :)

  • @Jurgen5586 it's D minor, A major, D minor, C major, F Major, C major, F major, A major and repeat. Neoclassical is lots of major minor interplay... Someone like eg Yngwie Malmsteen uses a lot of harmonic minor too. Good luck!

  • Danny, are you going to record any solo stuff like this? I would love a full song of this.

  • This is by far the best tutorial I've found for shredding on the keyboard. I'll be a pro in no time. :) thank you so very much!

  • Hey Voyager! Brian here from Ireland, i was at a music fest in Norway called Inferno and i found one of your albums in a small metal shop, i bought it because i liked the artwork on the front (a piano) and i loved it! been a big fan since! so a big hello from your biggest fan in Ireland! keep it up lads!

  • @godslayerbrian Thanks so much Brian!!

  • Hey dudes! Nice video, thanks a lot!

Though I can only play the whole thing around 3-5 times in a fast speed untill my left hand starts cramping. What am I doing wrong?

  • @MKKredas Hmm you need to relax your hands more. I get the same when I try to play guitar, Make sure your hands are in proper position too, don't let them slouch...
