Love the song, what is it? Enjoy the park too - soft sand good work out. I also like to cycle at Apoxee Park on Jog rd in West Palm Beach. Bike lovers should give it a shot - mostly off road trails - couple miles.
I just went there today[sunday/march/02/2008] with my dad and a few other people. i rode the hardest road there,black diamond. it was awsome, im only 12 but i can still keep up to my dad.:D
i love the trails but they should get some dirt jumps

if you love sugar sand, you'll LOVE JD. Fun trails, just a LOT of sugar sand.

btw, that helmet cam seems to vary the frame rate quite a bit. What's up with that?
