Why wasnt the house boarded up? The 2 houses across the street from me that got lit up last month were boarded up and have Arsons sign posted on them with a $3000 reward for any info. Seems to happen a lot around my area. Fuckin crack heads torch vacant houses so they can scavange and sell the scraps that get tossed into the yard.
