This is a TRIBUTE, not a bunch of 'hopeless people making money off the name of MJ'. This was a gift to the cast of the MJ Immortal World Tour Cirque show that celebrates and the work and talent of MJ. In no way is it a plagiarism of his work. This is nothing but positive. I struggle to see how this is in any shape or form a negative thing. Now he's passed are people supposed to ignore his music, choreography, genius? If anything it is to be celebrated and enjoyed more.

How much time did they spend preparing for this? 30 minutes? They've done stunts and tricks that make me queezy to watch....then for this they end up doing something that any grade school would've done a better job at. Pretty lame tribute if you ask me.

Cirque du Soleil has performed world-wide for a while now and there's barely anyone who doesn't know who they are through one performance or another. For such a prestigious group who obviously has the money, this just comes way short of expectations for them to call it a "tribute" is all I'm saying. I can see if they didn't have much time and all, but any group could've pulled this off with 30 minutes of preparation.

I'd just like to point out that this tribute was just something for fun, and not a full performance.

First off, the fact that they took time out a busy performance schedule to learn and film anything at all is great

And secondly, just because someone is an acrobat or performer does NOT mean they are also an amazing dancer. All of these things require separate skills and training even if they are similar.

All that to say, I enjoyed this and look forward to the ACTUAL Immortal tour!

Honestly, when I read that it was Cirque du Soleil I expected intense, highly choreographed performance... This was pretty uninspiring all things considered.

Anyone can march for over a minute.... the one flip near the end was cool, but other than that this video was pretty blah. (for what I was expecting.)
