Won't rescind the guarantee, won't shut NAMA. Will have to accept IMF deal as there is nobody else willing to lend to us. Eamon should be looking for ANY creative way to do this, even if it means a referendum.. use democracy to stick it to those investors who made risky investments in Irish banks. Negotiate a deal. Apply a capitalist solution to a capitalist problem. Then pursue your social democratic program, which is what will get you re-elected... But Eamon is so defeatist here... not good.
