or you can just put blessing of sacrifice on someone else in your party :p it is much less complicated, and when your party member takes damage, you take 30% of the damage he takes, and if you take damage while polymorphed, then you will get un - sheeped.

yeah, but this is showing for 1v1(Duel, BGs or Arena) where you can't use Hand of Sacrifice to break sheep.

Well, Hand of sacrifice to break sheep will work in arena, BG, but not in dueling. In 2v2 it works really nice, because you know your target will get damaged, so you break sheep in less than a second.
