Active duty military violate the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) by wearing their uniform in public during political matters. This guy could of been court martialed. Active duty military violate the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) by wearing their uniform in public during political matters. This guy could of been court martialed. The reason is simple, by wearing his uniform he gives off the impression that HIS opinion is supportred by the military in general.This applies to any public gathering for any candidate of any political party. This guy was wrong and he should be held to account for it.
