While the intention of the video is good, I have some concerns.

1) Budgets are what stops many upgrade projects, not the ignorance of the IT guys.

2) Destroying all those legacy servers ok, but who is paying and buying all the new servers, software and the very expensive server room??!

3) I hope they backed up the data because nothing is more horrible than angry users yelling "where are my emails, data, etc."

Also, no one in their right mind (at least for security) would let someone come in and start recking house with their old machines. Linux is good for running web servers.
