tho i have a question, because i have been working on a ascii word procesor, but i realy need some help with the project regarding the display and the decoder.

hey wad happen if 0 clicks the bottom right to place his 0 and X also on his next turn places it at the bottom right how do u fix that?

@thealexanderteo if he tries and place a piece at the bottom right as well, he will not place a piece, but the turns would still change. I've not yet tried to fix this problem, but I could give it a go one time.

Theres 2 ways to replace it (that i know) first you can just replace it with a switch ! then you can use a T switch serch on utube

at about 10:30 some thing is not working i thing the pistons tourchs are not getting power why?

@nbooch if you're playing on SMP, it could be a redstone torch bug and then there is nothing I can do too help you. Else you'll just have to try and contact me through the steam group, and I'll try and help you.

I got to 10:30 then ran into a Problem, the pistons we're not activating when I press the button, I did some troubleshooting and realized that my Redstone torches behind the buttons and on the turn switch thing we're not relighting after I pressed the button, I'm playing on a SMP server, is this a know bug? do I have to build it on Single player? Please help!

@MajSpork that my dear sir, is a bug that I've also run into countless times. And yes, it is some sort of bug with SMP. Where if torches are switched between the on and off state about 8 times, in about 8+secs, they shut completely down.

Sadly I do not know a fix for this, but most of the time, a server restart can fix the problem. I would mostly recommend that you build it in single player instead.

Have you thought about compacting the buttons into a 3x3 grid instead of the 5x5 that you have it? Making your selections would become much easier. I went ahead and built something like it if you're not sure how to do it.

@mmmmbert too be honest, no. I haven't tried that. But I might try it now that you say that you can do it. The only problem I see is if it is a 3x3 grid, the middle buttons would be very difficult too get power from. But I could try.

@mmmmbert EDIT: Just made it! It works, although it is very slow compared too the one which is 5x5. But at least it works :)

@EGhostdk Is it slow because you are using a lot of repeaters? On mine I'm only using 3 repeaters on the middle three buttons, two for the middle and one on each side button. Although I do have wires coming out of the side so I surrounded the edge of it with blocks to make it look nicer so the buttons are recessed inside of this box.

@mmmmbert Well, the one I made uses a lot of torches and about 4 repeaters for each level. Only repeaters fir the bottom one. Could you send me a picture or a short video of yours?
