3 weeks is too young to be away from it's mommma! For best physical, emotional and mental health kittens need to be with their mother until they are 7 or 8 weeks old.
i'm sorry but this poor little baby was abandoned!
i found it at a void deck, full of blood at his tail area n crying away... brought it to a vet n the vet believe that his tail was either being chop off by some cruel ppl or bite off by stray dogs. So i decided to keep baby at home.
