@K7K7K1 in clash of ninja 2, "kakashi with sharingan" had the strongest special. to measure this, you would need to turn off the "counter hit" that will add damage to the special, turn damage either up to max, or to min, and use the SAME CHARACTER to base the damage, as they have different defense levels. I.E. lee could take more damage than hinata, because he's built to take one, and give two. naruto can take alot as well, so can tsunade. its part of their character to take and give tenfold.GL

The animation is bad so are the graphics and how many characters are there that you play as "specials" theres like five i think and the specials moves are ok this is why i have a ps3 and am buying naruto shippuden ultimate ninja storm 2 which had killer animation in the first game and is gonna go all the way up to the pain arc, you will also be able to play as sage mode naruto and jiraiya,pain akatsuki sasuke,deidara,sasori in true form,kakuzu, hidan,shikamaru,asuma,chiyo
