Incredible adaptation. I really enjoyed it. Sure folks can critique the acting, actors etc. But if they ever gave it a shot themselves they would understand how challenging it is. You captured a dated piece of literature and gave it relevance. And the music/credits were an excellent ending...

in the story she says that hes "one of her children" while sobbing... she says it slowly, with compassion, as she reaches to touch him.....and hoping he wont shoot her......the girl acting here said YOURE ONE OF MY CHILDREN and jumps at him as if she saw a spider on his face and was gonna smash it hahhaa

@hobogun No. The text states "she murmured, 'Why you're one of my babies. You're one of my own children!' She reached out and touched him on the shoulder. The Misfit sprang back as if a snake had bitten him and shot her." Not to mention, as any writer knows, it's common and in many cases absolutely necessary to veer from the text sometimes drastically when writing a screenplay. Of course, there's no question whether that's necessary here; it isn't, and the change was minor.
