i have a question in windows xp say you have the paint icon on ur desktop you delete it to recycling bin then if you empty recycling bin does it delete the whole program for you it does me i dont put icons in there anymore when i empty recyling bin

it shouldn't delete the whole thig... i think it just deletes the icon and you can find it again in start, all programs, accesories ,paint <----------you shud find it there
