u dont get one of those from there, u can get it if ur lucky rom an abyssl demon in slayer tower next to canfis, the abyss is mainly used for runecrafting, you can get to the abyss by talkign to the zammy druid north of edgeville into the wildy alongside the river
well if you have the runecrafting level enough to use the pouches first you need to do the minigame started at the Varrock tempe. When you done that just go and kill the monsters in the Abyss until you get the pouch :D
I learned two things from that day. Dont go random dangerous places and dont bring all your money and possesions with you wherever you go.

You need to do the Abyss miniquest to access the Abyss, not a minigame.

if ur gonna rc in abyss heres what i recommend
50+ rcing (if you lose pouches buy back at guild)
70 defence (a reasonably high level)
40 summoning for bull ant AND Some good armor (rune or better, barrows is GREAT!)
and completion of heroe's quest to recharge your glories:).
