  • Your tune seems different here than in your first review of this diet (the unbloat plan). You seem a little more open to it all, so that is great! I'm glad for you that you stuck it out and still giving it a try! Keep up the work! :)

  • what is your craving.. Eat healthy friuts/veggies/ nuts.. no SODA.. NOT GOOD.. Try Green Tea with aliitle splash of lemon a nd cayanne pepper.. and have a Apple, and Red Grapefruit Everyday.. and Plan Your meals a week ahead of time!! Drink Lots of water.. Have Salada/ Fish Chicken.. Lots of Veggies and Fruit All the Best; Kelly :)-
