Did you get your dog from Hans at alpinek9? I am considering getting one from him but haven't talked to anyone yet that has..any insight would be great!
@seannuzzo No I have not got a dog from him yet, but hopefully later on this year. He has a forum on his website that you can interact with him and other owners who have experience with this breed. You cannot go wrong if you purchase from him
@seannuzzo Type in Czech German Shepherd Zeva Grace on here to see one of his dog's sold from the Jinopo Kennel. Hans is the US rep for their Kennel and handles the American Operations and has his own kennel in Arizona as well. The Jinopo Kennel is in the Czech Republic
@silvrwolf98 they are typically a little smaller, straight backs (not sloped in the hind leg area) and don't have as much issues with hip dysplasia due to not so inbred . These have been the smartest, well tempered, and easy to train dogs I have EVER owned. Worth checking out if you like shephards.
@lalfasi you should also note that many of Czech dogs are typically higher in drive than your American line, or German show lines. Czech lines are typically seen more in police work and high level competitions. Yours may have been easy to train and handle, but a lot of the REAL, old Czech line dogs are far too much for the average owner. My male could not be handled by the average family. He's 18 months and doing personal protection training, very serious dog. Anyway, beautiful dogs
@silvrwolf98 If you ever want a Czech bloodline German Shepherd google Alpine K9 and ask for Hans, he is from the Czech Republic and is connected to the Jinopo Kennel
@silvrwolf98 the dogs shown in this video are german shepherds, but when people say "czech shepherds" they are referring to german shepherds from a czechoslovakian bloodline, here in the uk we have alot of czech line shepherds imported for police work etc
What did the letter say from the Czechoslovakian sperm bank?
"Your Czech is in the mail."

workline German shepherds, i really don't see the point in calling them "czech" since the czechoslovakian wolf-dog is the national dog.

czech shepherd or czechslovakian wolfdog or czechslovakian vlcak.
the fresh breed of wolf and german shepherd.
but this dog in the video doesn't seem to be a real csv(czechslo. vlcak).
it seems to be a sable german shepherd.although sometimes it's hard to see the difference.
