It sure is - and it's worse with all that goalie equipment on - I literally drench myself in ice water at almost every whistle to stay cool.

The size isn't an issue though - I actually think it's the PERFECT size for ball hockey. It's not so big that players need to be in amazing shape just to run down the rink, but it's not so small that there isn't any room to manoeuvre.

Can be . . . the floor is poured concrete, so if it gets wet (from water bottles etc. or sweat) players can often slip. But it's fine for the most part (some players are more prone to slipping than others!)

aw, man! I remember last season a kind of fat player on the other team fell and made the floor completely wet. Messed up our game.
