I think what both of you are saying has a point. I can appreciate both points of view. I like the smaller venues too, because I actually have room to dance. Whereas, the big raves, they pack so many people in you can hardly move. The music is the key, and it fucking kills it!!

In the past everyone appreciated any rave event, nowadays people have become so arrogant that the artists move away and all the raves in Amsterdam have become completely devoid of any personality, just face it, our raves like Sensation white or Innercity have completely gone down the craphole over the last few years.

so i'd rather be at Distant Heat then in an Amsterdam rave any time...

I am a fan of many events outside of amsterdam.. in fact I have been to parties in countries that deserve a round of applause for their efforts, such as 3rd world countries in south east asia, eastern europe and africa. I just found that pretentious pricks at distant heat do not know how to behave. a party is a party but its the people that make the experience
