Why doesn't EA re-release these old NFS games with modern graphics for newer cards and maybe even a *free run* mode that's like some kind of overworld hub to find your track.

Then sell expansion packs for more tracks/cars as I am sure they will attract quite the crowd who grew up in the 90s and are now adults.

EA games if you are reading this I guarantee you won't regret doing so. Maybe call it The Need For Speed Revved Up pack.

omfg, cant imagine games looked like that, if i look back now those look like those Cheap Free Flash Games you find on those Game sites what you can play easily... XD though, not saying the old NFS games were bad, they are actualy cooler on my opinion than those ''Pimp my Underpants'' Styled NFS games from now... just wish they ever made updates of these games with MORE cars, better ghraps and same music... =D

The name of the song is called Knossos by the way. I have the whole NFS soundtrack from NFS 1 to Carbon. Such good songs. If you notice the music is interactive. It changes depending on where you are on the track and what place you're in, how fast you're going, and if you're being chased by cops.

ok, good, lol. the quality of the menus is so amazing that it looks as if the resolution is not 640x480. i did download the patch though so now NFS3 races are at my laptop's full res.
