It didn't work and I found " Surviving a Breakup: Getting Back Your Ex For Good" by Matthew Mehra on Amazon. I now have my ex back and things are going great. This was very helpful to me in the process of getting my love back.
Of course women can get violent sometimes, but the ugly truth is, testosterone causes rage and violence (ever heard of roid rage?) so men are more likely to become violent. My dad was very violent to me---so in my experience men are just as violent as women---my step-mother was also violent and so was my older sister----I don't think it is a sex thing---it is people-----women abuse kids and men abuse kids----and others-----women spend more time with kids and have more opportunity to hurt them---my dad did most of his violence to me on the weekends-----

My sister punched her husband in the face when he was sleeping on the couch and then bragged about it...she was violent toward me as well and tried to strangle me.
My step mother was vicious and hit and scratched. My older sister was the worst and she is proud of her violent ways and likes to talk about the past, how she beat someone up. She had no compassion for the pain she inflicted; it made her feel strong and powerful..not.

My ex wife broke my nose twice, that caused an estimation of $25,000 for Plastic surgery because I can no longer breath with my nose and I have no Insurance.
My ex was 93 pounds, and during that time I was 218 pounds.
I was boxing until age 24 until severe back and shoulder problems.
I saved my nose for about 13 years boxing, but i could not save it from a woman.
