all i know is that every good RAIDER TEAM since the 60's! had a couple of crazy WHITE GUYS on the team! i dont see that on this team! maybe they can trade for JARED ALLEN! who's from the BAY AREA! now if Rolado McClain keeps playin with two left feet, he should be either demoted or traded! He's got one more year to me! secondly....the RAIDERS where better in the 3-4 defense than the 4-3! at least when they where winning!
