  • thats a cracking name for a song actually.

  • I've always resisted getting an alarm clock, but now I'm going to buy one just so I can call it my micro-digital-awaker. I have no life...

  • @MmeLEnfer Dammit Richard, causing me to buy things I don't want/need...

  • Comment removed

  • jessica harper did amazing (:

  • @MadFannyLaBouche shut the fuck up

  • 2:37 i love it how rickie just stands there smiling

  • @MadFannyLaBouche sure she's not the best janet out there, but trust me, there are worse janets in some stage productions.

  • of Rocky Horror

  • Shock Treatment: It's not a sequel, nor a prequel, but an equal.

  • @elfofhorror An "equal" that should have been treated as a "sequel", no need for a "prequel" because... Brad & Janet are kinda boring. The real star of Rocky Horror was Frank, he/she was the most interesting character in that flick. I understand that Tim Curry didn't want to do it & the idea should have been dropped but I feel that they got very lucky w/ Shock Treatment. Great characters but forgot their names, catchy but forgettable songs & this movie was a super sonic treat to all who see it.

  • Shock treatment is not a sequel it is an equal to RHPS on an alternate timeline.

  • Brad looks ugly in this movie. Their just not like Brad and Janet.

  • haha go Barry Humphfries how ever u spell name

  • Keep pressing 8 over and over

  • For those wondering about the disconnect in the two flicks. It's because this isn't a sequel, or even related to the previous story in anyway, other than character names. it was originally intended as a sequel, but things spiraled out of focus. All the songs were rewritten, the scope of the film was completely changed. Basically nothing about this is what was originally intended. On a more related note. LOVE LOVE LOVE the movie.

  • I like all. Susan and Barry and this version too!!

this is a very nice song! love it^^

  • If only it coulve been Barry Bostwick and Susan Sarandon. Im still willing to work with these two, but if only...

  • OMG ricky from the rest home!!! <3

  • love 1:24

  • I want to start dressing like Bert more in everyday life :D

  • "AY Ricky!"

I love the little wiggle he does when he says that. :-P

Micro digital awaker? Pfff, lol. XD

  • I don't know, I don't think Jessica's voice was as good as Susan's and for some reason Jessica's mouth always bugged me. I disliked the fact that they never really ever commented or referred to the events in RHPS.

  • This us the only scene in Shock Treatment that was totally weird. Rocky Horror seems so normal compared to this. I know why it failed though. No Susan Sarandon, no Barry Bostwick, and it was reworked to be filmed totally in doors. Still, it isn't as rough as the script to ROTOQ.

  • i love how dame edna/bruce the shark.....is bert lol

  • MICRO DIGITAL AWAKER!

    Ah, i love this movie.

finally got it on DVD! :D

  • 0:52 repeated a bazillion times.

  • i LOOOOVE when he says trashcan xD

  • me too!

  • Only reason i don't like her:

She's too much of a man,

  • sheb has a moustache at 2:40 (>O__O)>

  • I Love This Song!!

    Thank You For Uploading

  • love this song so catchy

  • Micro digital awaker gets me every time XD

  • "Hey Brad..."

    "Hey Ricky"!

This movie is totally on my menu to watch again.

  • it's hey bert.. i think

  • You're totally, right.

    Sometimes I type without thinking.

    This movie is phenomenal!

  • this version is much better than ilovewizardrock's verson that runs 2:30, yours is much clearer better speed and better sound

  • one of the greatest songs in the whole fucking movie!

  • I like the small pause before "trashcan" like he's "Uh, what the heck!?"

  • I love the look of satisfaction on his face when he sees the toaster XD

  • Watch Janet's reaction during the toothpaste line.

  • so what about how janet looked this is a awesome song and sence from the movie

  • I like Jessica Harper. Mostly hardcore fans of Rocky Horror like Susan more.

  • I'm a hardcore fan of Rocky horror, but I think Jessica's more attractive and has a better voice.

Though it is kind of hard to think of the two Janets as the same. I think this works better as a stand-alone movie than a sequel.

  • shocktreatment is no way ment to be consider a sequal they always called shocktreatment a equal thats caused it's down fall in gen. release back in the early 80's do your homework like i did. I'm a die haert fan of both rocky (seeing it over two hundred times in theater) and i love both movies.

  • I'm glad you like it. I based my comments on the number of comments I read by people who didn't like Shock cause they were compering it to Rocky horror. By itself it works. Compering it to Rocky they're not in the same league.

  • susan, jessica who cares shocktreatment and Rocky are two diffrent movies. To me it's all about the music and bitchin in the kitchen is a awesome song that was well done both musically and acted.

  • Bitching in the Kitchen, Shock Treatment, Denton, Denton, and Little Black Dress are my favorites. Looking for Trade and Duel Duet are interresting to look at.

  • I <3 Jessica Harper.

  • @rathraven1313 I like them both for different reasons. Susan was good for the innocent Janet being turned into a slut, and Jessica is the same slut a couple years into the marriage.

If you really want to go super deep about it, you could say Jessica is the Janet that has taken up a bit of Frank's personality, and that has in turn effected the marriage.

  • @rathraven1313

i think Jessica's good as Janet - though I do think her vocals can sound a little mannish at times XD the issues with the charecters from rocky in shock treatment is they don't really *feel* like the same people (script related). Janet oesn't feel as femanine or caring, Brad is like an emotionless blob a lot of the time, and because there was no primer on what happened between the films, if anything, i feel like it's so disconnected it's almost impossible to relate them together

  • @audiopirate

however, it's definitely an enjoyable film, a kooky and bizzare little romp and the themes and subtext are, like many others have said on this page, incredibly relevent to more current life and times. But I don't feel like it fits into the Rocky Horror canon at all.

  • @rathraven1313 Susan is beautiful sounds great but Jess does it for me a bit justa more lol

  • @rathraven1313 she sings like a man! >.<

    \

  • @rathraven1313 I like her cuz I can sing along without hurting myself. I'm a contralto like her.

  • @WeCanCos Oh hai fellow contralto!

  • @WeCanCos Same! haha I thinks he sounds fabulous anyway

  • @MmeLEnfer *she *facepalm*

  • @MmeLEnfer S'okay! XD

  • @WeCanCos Haha!

  • @rathraven1313 i'm a hardcore rhps fan, in my opinion, and i personally love the cast in Shock treatment to. Who could dislike something Richard O' Brien made??

  • @seadooer21 Amen.

  • @rathraven1313 I love both of the movies. I think both are really good at what they do but I would have to agree with you I Like Jessica Harper better than Susan.

  • @rathraven1313 Is it because she's more masculine than the guy playing Brad?

  • @rathraven1313 i leik both owo

  • This song is so cool, even though he is singing to inanimate objects, you feel the tension in their marriage!

  • great song
