Because the kit only cost me 1,100$ used, and I ran it at 12psi before I finally sold it. It's only within 20rwhp of the procharger kits at the same boost level. Your making 753hp out of a v6 mustang?? What setup do you have going.

supersixmotorsports sells a P/P manifold and cylidner head pack which does 70 horse for like 1750 i think it is, these engines have so much room to grow before you even need to bother with an SC

Vortech is fine. But I don't want to have to tap my oil pan for cooling. Plus pushing anything past 6 psi will put alot of pressure on the internals. A forged upgrade or stroker kit is 2-3k. Cudos on your run. It sounds well timed. I love the look on peoples face when you woop their ass and they have a v8.

which means less weight so it would have a better launch than a stock v8. 6cyl are not that bad of an engine. Less weight equals better mpg and more power. Power to weight ratio.

depends on what kind of supercharger you get. you'll probably need a tune as well, and some other parts.....so you're lookin at around $5,000 if u wanna do it right.
