i love her videos but i cannot find the right order, first i did lift/drops and than i found the warming-up, another playlist started with a hip turning than passed to a chest-warming up. Now, i have sour muscles. What is the right order, is there any other playlist?

I am almost 1.70 cm and just 40 kilos, I think I am too skinny. But I still love my body. Whatever my weight is.
