Morning Blow cannot brook raw informed criticism of his beloved Republican machine. He fancies himself a somewhat right-of-center, detached political observer, but his words and record belie his bias.
Watching the inanity of this Hegelian dialectic is painful. They are both bad guys. I like the way they both can't see the similarity between Hitler and Stalin. Losers.
joe scarborough is a fake republican. fucking shithead doesn't know what limited government is. kept masturbating over the bush administration and now defending the stupid teabaggers. this whole party is now a joke, we'll never get small government if these dickheads keep at it with their corruption, lies and hatred.
Joe just doesnt want to face reality. He wants to believe his party is not compromised by the ultra right-wing. The Republican party is done for at least a generation, if it can survive at all. I'm starting to think the conservatives are going to split off and create their own theocratic/corporate party. Joe is not stupid he just doesnt want to acknowledge what is staring us all in the face; probably out of a sense of loyalty to the past and (overwhelmingly failed) Reaganism.
"I'm a small government conservative" so why have you ben shilling for the Bush Administration for the last 8 years?
And who was the last 'small government conservative' president again? Bush with his trillion plus dollar wars in Iraq and Afghanistan? Bush Senior and his first gulf war? Ronald Ray-gun, and his 'Star Wars Initiative'?
And what does 'small government' itself actually mean?
"The Republican Party is a Host Body for the Christian Right and the Radical Anti-Government Movement that's sprouting up around the country. They can cause a lot of damage. They can cause it by repeating what we saw during the 90's which was mass domestic terrorism. It's a campaign against the Government of the US by radical elements that want to change the nature of the Government." Max Blumenthal
Blumenthal shuts Joe down at every occasion. I LOVE IT! Joe gets to spew his crap everyday. Let the guest speak. The book is about the G.O.P., Joe. Defend your party! Don't start blaming the dems when the christian right has been THE MOST DIVISIVE influence of the last 30 years. Blaming blacks, Illegals, homosexuals, liberals and the poor for EVERYTHING All the while, preaching their morality while they lie us into a war and ruin the economy. "Blame the liberals who weren't in charge..."
Blumental is an idiot. The 9-12 protesters weren't all Republicans. But you can't argue with the true infiltrator Blumental. He is a Useful Idiot. C'mon, anyone associated with the NY Times is an idealog, not a factual writer.
Obviously it's the best ol' Max can come up with. Look, he'd lose a debate to me inside of 2 minutes. I'd simply ask him to mention ONE position the Republicans have taken that buttresses his thesis—one position that's indicative of how the "religious right" has taken over the party. All he mentioned was opposing Obama's stimulus. Well, that's something Reagan and the rest of the 80s Reps and Gingrich the 90s Reps would have opposed. So, sorry, but it's not a new position. Max' book is bunk.
the christian right is funded by the Israel lobby, thats why they have people like hagee calling for attacks on iran, to get his flock on board by telling them jesus will come back if we mass slaughter another nation of brown people.
Your kidding right? I hope you are not serious. If so I beg you to please pick up a non-fiction book, any non-fiction book at all, as you are seriously lacking any knowledge of the real world at all.
Oh I'm deadly serious, they have been funding it for years, as the late Irving kristol once mused, "it's their theology, it's our Israel". He was talking about the christian right in the us.
You're right about the neocons/aipac being in collusion.
It all has to do with the neo-con 'left-behinders' wanting to fulfill the Book of Revelation so they can be 'taken' and the rest of us heathens can go through 'The Tribulations' so Jesus can return.
The iapac are just the right wing jews who really don't care about the neocons either and are simply using the neo-cons' influence for political gain.

Scarborough is an idiot. He goes after some Republicans who he thinks are "safe", but shills for others that are just as bad.

"Small government" means corporations have no rules what so ever so they can rape our assholes with no lubrication.
"Small government" people think commerce should rule the country, and the sacrifices of human life and well being are negligible consequences.
"Small government" people are ruled by greed, have no sense of compassion, and have a black hole where their heart should be.
Hopefully that clears things up.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
Kudos to Joe Scarborough even though I refuse to watch MSNBC for it's so far left commentators that Nancy Pelosi seems moderate.
Why would anyone give this radical liberal two cents for anything he decided to write down.

Wow, your comments consist of calling people names, then complaining that the NY Times isn't factual.
I'm still waiting for you to comment with a shred of data. Anything will do.
This is Republican leadership. Step 1 - ATTACK YOUR ENEMIES! Step 2 - Repeat step one, then attack again.
