  • @TheEAZYste You tool!

In most of the English speaking world, they actually realise how say "aitch" - look it up!

  • FUCK TV

  • @CrushJehovah

    wtf?

  • @XResidentXEvilX5X fuck it

  • @XResidentXEvilX5X he lives in a cave

  • @alban97

    lmfao

  • Edge-lit/dynamic edge lit/rgb dynamic edge lit POOR. Full LED LCD or IPS Alpha( from Panasonic ) the best. I'll second best the CCFL backlit LCD using SPVA panel, next to that the BEST TV I've used so far ...my Sony KLD40W4000. You have to sacrifice little depth for FULL LED but it's WELL worth it. You get non uniform backlighting with a lot of SPVA or Edge lit LED LCD TV's. So what should you go for. Based on dosh ...PLASMA KURO Pioneer, Panasonic KURO, FULL LED LCD, IPS alpha LCD, CCFL SPVA.

  • Is this 3d technology hardware or software driven? From what I hear.. PS3 will be putting out a firmware update for 3d functionality on their ps3 bluerays. Will this be the same for some Plasma/LCD TVs? I mean, quite unfair for those who JUST bought a TV.

  • i got a 40" sony bravia and it costed me about 1369,89 USD if i am right

  • i have tha samsung 7 series led tv and it's georgeous!!! lol

it is veeeery thin and has an awesome hd picture quality and sorry...this my opinion the samsung's tv's are better... in order of the quality...

  • is Plasma or lcd better????????????????

  • @mckloven1 lcd is better

  • led panels emit light with no backlight

lcd tvs use flourescent tubes for a backlight

so the thing is one half inch thick , now what?

    whats the point?

  • This is old.

  • LED technology are the type of backlight tv's use, there are no real LED tv's for homecinema. Do your homework and stop spreading false information please!

LED's are what they use for billboards and arena jumbos etc, LED's are way to big for home entertainment.

There's two types of LED tv's right now, 1 is led backlit and the other one is corner lit

  • @andreasekman

    UE40B6000 vs 40LE700e vs 42LH9000

    what do you say?

  • @andreasekman It's not corner Light, it's edge light.

  • @rctsos you say it!

  • i fully agree with oilhammer04, series X 1st generation before 14 months was the best.

am gonna buy Samsung LED TV series .

Sony ZX1 LED TV is bad getting very hot never saw that before on Sony TVs.

heat from this model was higher than LG LCD TVs.

  • the samsung models are good marketing, but the only have a led backlight, that is all. they aren't an led tv.

buy an sony oder wait till the sony oled comes in bigger sizes. sony is really the best. i heard and heard and heard. shit shit and shit. after all this time i decided to buy an sony, because everything which i bought from sony has the best quality and makes me happy! just perfect.

  • i have 1 LCD TV sony series V & 1 LCD TV series X they never getting hot even a little

but i talk about this model ZX1 LED is very bad at cooling its generate more heat never saw on others models. you got the point ?

  • I had a really nice Sony XBR that lasted about 14 months before it started having a double image on and off. It finally gave out at about 18 months. I've had problems with other Sony products, too. I use to think they were a quality company, but finally gave up on them. I ordered a Samsung LED TV . . . . no more Sony for me.

  • Reply to: Oilhammer04.

Response: Hello there, I recently.. just read your comment on the Sony XBR Television. I have to say that you are 120% RIGHT. Sony, has been lacking on

    1) Pixelazing the television, (Giving it more quality)

    2) The price has been awful these years, For example, one of Sony's 58'' televisions.. cost about $12,600 like come on, LOWER the PRICE!.

    But anyways, well said.

  • This is what i heard, this kind of tv only have oled on the side of the tv instead of having it all on the screen. For short its too expensive to make it all oled for the whole screen at this time.

  • its LED !!!! correct your mistake

  • Will there be a 55" tv but all in all this is a badass tv

  • Hahaha her accent is humor

  • 9.9 mm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!wow

  • where are the speakers

  • should i buy this

  • One more thing, LED TV still needs a light source, which is the reason why there is light bleeding. OLED can emit lights by itself so it doesn't need a light source.

  • what? doesn't LED stand for LIGHT emitting diode?

  • This TV is not OLED TV. THIS IS JUST LED TV. There is huge difference between just LED and OLED. Recently Samsung started selling LED TV (NOT OLED). Because of that Sony followed it. Current technology and cost it's impossible to put OLED TV on the market. Please check the thickness of the TV above, which is at least 1 inch thick. OLED TV doesn't need that much. Just 1 ~ 2mm thick is enough for OLED TV. We'll see it in the market in at least 5~6 years because of the cost.

  • Sony introduced the worlds first LED TV back in 2004, not Samsung. OLED will be available in 32"+ sizes in around 2-3 years...

  • yes we do. oled is more environment friendly.

  • 9.9 mm? whats the big deal? My laptop screen is that thin or thinner!

  • yeah but thats a TV

  • She need a bf

  • shes hot

  • @dasbasti1990 you'r smart

  • @dasbasti1990

    ur suckz

  • 9.9mm? wtf

  • Only thing i don't like about LED's on the side is the fact that you're going to get some SERIOUS light bleeding into the screen, right? Where edges are much brighter than the center..

  • This is called "bloom" effect. I know someone who has a TV with LED Backlight and the pictures are looking freakin awesome! With the right TV setup you don't have to worry :)

  • oled displays don't have a backlight, and are VERY different from led backlit tvs you are thinking of. this won't happen on an oled display.

  • LED: Light-emitting diode. OLED: Organic-light-emitting diode. These OLED screens don't need a backlight since the pixels themselves work as the light. It's the same as having over a million of coloured lamps in a grid. Except these are in a microscopic range.

  • oled projection comes in from the sides, not the back, thats why it can be sooooo thin.

  • NO. OLED technology is just small tiny lamps! Can't you guys just freaking understand that???? These OLED-pixels are SMALL. That's why it can be so thin!! The picture is not projected. The picture is LIGHTED, every pixel is a coloured tiny little lamp!!!!!

  • You're so wrong. There is no backlights in LED techonogy!! Each pixel on the screen is working itself as a light! That's why there is no "Light bleeding", the picture and lighting is smooth and crystal clear! Remember also, that black colour in the screen is truely black, since a full black picture just turns off those pixels that are trying to show black! LED: Light emitting diode. These tvs are OLED::: Organic light emitting diode. There are no backlights. It's all self-lighted. Every pixel.

  • Watch the video, look at the light bleed.

    Hooray for 9 year olds.

  • Do you understand what LIGHT EMITTING DIODE even means? ¨

The "Light bleeding" you're talking about is not real. That's just an illusion created by the optics of the video camera used to film this!

Have you even seen an OLED television in real life?? Please go look at one before arguing about this. You know nothing.

    Besides, I'm actually 15.

  • Oh right, I'm holding an argument with a 15 year old about OLED on youtube.

I'll end my rant on the fact that you're still in a schooling environment with education.

p.s go to google, hit images, type in Light Bleed, and look how it "doesn't exist", come back to this video, compare and contrast the results. You'll actually see the results are inversed (you know, opposite). I need not to explain this. Anyway, back to your schoolbooks and reading material kido.

  • Yes, you are! Of course there is LIGHT BLEEDING, on those screens that ARE NOT OLED! You know, LCD, PLASMA, those types??!

Tell me how on earth would it be possible to have LIGHT BLEEDING on a television that is based on LED-technology, if the television DOES NOT HAVE A BACKLIGHT, because the PIXELS ARE LIGHTS! There is no backlights because every pixel is just a coloured lamp!

For f**k sakes, can't you people just understand that??

  • You were trolled.

    It was hilarious to watch.

It's just a tv dude, no one cares. =]

  • Calm the fuck down. The LEDS are damn backlights

  • how about showing a bit of cleavage darling?

  • lol

  • she's flat chested mate, enjoy what you're getting. haha
