  • @travellingboy1 ????????????????????? Have you READ his motivation report that was released in mid December? He exonerates them totally. What are you talking about??

  • @simisenti Hellmann said "I cannot affirm Rudy Guede is the only one that knows what happened that night, he certainly knows, perhaps Amanda and Raffaele also know" Hardly an exoneration!

  • @travellingboy1 Go google ' Hellmann Report Wordpress' and read it!!! Sigh.......

  • @simisenti Hellmann was under a lot of political pressure to reach a verdict that would qhell anti Italian feelings from the US, if you have heard or read his interviews since he certainly believes it is very possible they had some involvement.

  • @travellingboy1 Caro mio, I speak and read Italian, I know every word that man has uttered and had printed. Mi credo?? You need to read his motivation report and then you WILL see. Veramente. I have given you an idea where to find the report, in English, below. Do yourself and Meredith a favour and go read it.

  • @simisenti I read it long ago, how come Hellmann is the only one of the Italian judiciary you have any faith in? If you understand Italian and have seen or read Hellmanns interviews you will know he has doubts about their innocence.

  • @wanderingbillyboy You are correct. The original images show the walls completely covered in blood. Amanda, in her “gift” statement, admitted that she had collected blood from the murdered girl in a bucket and PAINTED THE BATHROOM with it. But you will NEVER see this evidence, because the US government pressured the Italians to destroy it.

  • @cedric1546 lololol, BULLSHIT!!

  • @cedric1546 Take a look at the crime scene vid of the bathroom here at youtube. Look up Amanda Knox Bathroom fallacy, and educate yourself!

  • @cedric1546 So how is it that you know about it? Even the Italians think you're are full of $hit. Are you just trolling the internet with ridiculous claims so that you can get the attention that your prostitute mother didn't have time to give you? Good luck with your brain thing.

  • The only thing wrong in the report was that she was free'd immediately. She literally left the courtroom free. Now THAT was definitely not expected. Great video. I got to be there and the emotion was beyond what can be captured on film. :)

  • I heard on the news yesterday that they want to re-try Amanda Knox and bring her back to court-In Italy can a person be tried twice for the same crime? Anybody out there know? just curious

  • @curtisjones400 They could order a retrial, but very doubtful

  • @wanderingbillyboy The reason that will never happen??? Hellmann exposed the corruption and lies presented by the desperate prosecution and especially Mignini. :) I'll bet the appeal from them will be thrown out..lolol. Plus....read perugiashock...the interrogation tapes exist and will one day ( hopefully soon) blow all the guilters away!! Love it!!!

  • Still, she learned some useful Italian phrases like, "It wasn't me!", "I don't remember" and "A black man did it"....I wonder if in her $4 million book deal she starts to remember where she was, otherwise it's going to be a very dull book....

  • @rogan71 Read read read....and try to get it from reputable sources!!! Never too late to educate yourself. ;)

  • @simisenti - So she never failed to come up with a reliable alibi, didn't change her story several times and didn't blame a completely innocent man, probably because he was black? If I'm wrong on these points tell me? I don't know if she's guilty or innocent and neither do you...And I can't think of a less reputable source the the American media.

  • Wow, i bet that's the last time she sets foot in that open sewer AKA Italy. I visited there once...I will never go back.

  • Crime pays:

Report: Amanda Knox signs $4 million book deal

  • bottom line is...............the little psycho bitch got away with murder and in the process made the italian legal system look like a joke.

Most foreign exchange students do their little dopey year abroad, pay their money and go home.

But not this narcissist bitch. She gonna make some noise, stir things up,oh yeah.

  • @rw5791 Yeah sure,,you are one of these fucking morons who think everyone is guilty regardless of the circumstances.

I wonder how you would feel if it was your sister or a relative under similar circumstances,,,you'd be screaming fucking murder for " benefit of the doubt ".

And no question you have no idea of how much flawed evidence there was in this case,,people like you only think one way,,if you're charged you must be guilty. You don't give a shit if this girl is innocent or not !!

  • @jeanmunn You slut.I'd like to do you like knox did meridith kercher.

  • @rw5791 Yes indeed,,,your comment only confirms what I thought,,,you are a backward, ill educated fucking moron who doesn't have enough brains to put in an egg cup !!! iidiot !

  • @rw5791 Sad uneducated person. You will be judged one day. ;)

  • @rw5791 The Italian justice system is a joke...believe me I know. She is innocent but I dont expect a dunce like you to ever see that. Hope you dont breed. :(

  • you can get away with any thing when you have the MAFIA on your side .

she did it thats for sure ..pay the MAFIA and your off scot free .. SICK

  • A Case is no Case without physical evidence, and in this case there was no evidence whatsoever that linked Amanda Knox to the Perugia murder scene that night. A coerced confession, through police brutality, (without any recording of the interrogation), forged evidence, and a make-believe story from the prosecution, that didn't fit with the psychological profile of the accused, convinced a non-sequestered Jury (something controversial, at least), that had been fueled by the media.

  • @chaodck The most damning evidence against them is that they lied and lied, and why would they do that?

  • @travellingboy1 I would like to know how you would've performed under the stress from the police, and the shock of what happened. Besides, how could have Knox erased all traces from her and Sollecito from the crime scene? The only way?? Just by not being there.

  • @chaodck She lied without any help from the police, people with something to hide often get stressed when questioned. Rudy a drug dealer and Amanda a drug user knew each other.Did he have inside help? Amanda lived at the crime scene so traces of her being there would not be unusual, Raffaele`s DNA was found there and a handprint. Amanda`s story she told about how she found the door open ect makes no sense, and in the words of Judge Judy "if it makes no sense its because its not true"

  • @travellingboy1 Have you really read any literature from the case?? I've read three different books from american and european authors that conclude that Knox was innocent and that there wasn't enough evidence to convict her. That's the bottomline, there just wasn't enough evidence to assume that she commited or was part of the crime.

  • @chaodck Knox campaigners have put out a lot of biased literature, I have read some, they seem to miss or skate over the part where she said she found the cottage door wide open ect.and any other negative evidence. They tend to concentrate on the police and prosecutors errors. The best book is "Death in Perugia" by John Follain, its completely unbiased. You should read it. What would you do if you found your front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet?

  • @travellingboy1 I have told you before little one....go check out the youtube vid...Amanda Knox bathroom...did you do it?? See the HUGE amount of non evidence visible?? lolol. You are a young fool. The door was open for sure, Rudy escaped thru that door. It needed a key to lock it AND open it. Which is why he went back to Merediths purse for keys but in such a hurry to leave he didnt lock it. The door was faulty and had been reported to home owner that it blew open. Do go check!! ;)

  • @simisenti and btw....he didnt need keys to get in....the door had been locked so he came in thru Filomenas window. Heard of her?? At least??

  • @simisenti There is a video of the bathroom on some Knox propaganda channels that show no blood in the bathroom, but we know there was blood in the basin, on the taps, and a bloody footprint, plus the light switch, even Amanda admitted seeing the blood and said it was strange because her flatmates would not leave it like that.Amanda said the door could blow open while putting out rubbish, like any other door. She is only believed by her dedicated followers and they are shrinking.

  • @travellingboy1 Do yourself a huge favour...go back to school and learn about critical thinking and looking at ALL sides. Sad wee boy.

  • The nigger did it.

  • Her alibi was pure comedy gold.

  • Amanda Knox said she returned to the cottage, found the front door wide open, no one home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, Did she call her boyfriend or flatmates, or the police, or run to her nieghbours for help. NO, she said she showered, dressed, dried her hair, went to her boyfriends, mopped his floor, and while they were having breakfast told him what she had found. Does anyone really believe her story

  • @travellingboy1 Could you stfu so far i have seen you on every amanda knox video blabbing on about the same comment no one gives a shit.

  • @Maybebluechels You obviously do, but I notice you do not defend her unbelievable story. Her devoted followers do not like it to be mentioned. She told this tale to her flatmates and others the day of the murder, when they showed disbelief she tried to justify it in an email she sent to 25 people 2 days later. She must regret sending the email because she cant say it was beaten from her or made up by somebody else. Her worshippers like to forget this. I will not let them.

  • @travellingboy1 You have to face facts. And the most BASIC fact is that Perugia police did not in any way shape or form record interrogations. Assuming that police and interrogators always tell truth is painfully shallow. This farce was cause by Perugia lazy manipulative police - if not they'd have recorded all interogations including the one of a scared girl high on hash at the time. Simple, yet neglected

  • Comment removed

  • @travellingboy1 Enjoy the throwing out of the current appeal or the upholding of Hellmanns report....lolol. Oh, and do you know that the ' interrogation ' tapes exist???? Oh yes, oh yes. And that will soon blow you all away. :) LMAO!!

  • Anyone whoever believed Amanda Knox was actually guilty is mentally retarded.

  • Get a life all you people obsessed by this slutty bimbo!

  • It's not that Americans want a killer freed. there are plenty of attractive people in prison for life in the US. It's the simple fact that the Police themselves decided not to record evidence. its a story as old as human kind- don't record evidence so evidence can and will forever be questioned It's the very opposite of competence.

  • Comment removed

  • Perugia police congratulations, you did not video tape anyone when you interrogated them. Amanda was admittedly high on hash, but you interrogatedher for many many many hours. Great job. Even i could have video taped ALL interrogations with my $250.oo digital camera. Lets hope the next murder victim gets more respect from this incompetent Police department

  • The possibility of her innocence seems more likely by the simple reality that MOST (at least 99%) of the hate comments NEVER even mention Rudy or Sollecito. She was set free cause reasonable people looked at the lack of evidence which was aquired under nonVideotaped interrogation. But any monkey can call names on youtube,. You who do are just bitter and hateful. Meredith was her friend, why kill her ? Of course maybe Sollecito had sex with her ?

  • @robi2000 I can understand why many Americans think she is innocent, for years they have been bombarded by a multi-million dollar campaign, that ignored any evidence negative to their cause and concentrated on the innept police and prosecutor... I do not believe Amanda`s story of the morning she arrived at the cottage and found the front door open, and for me this is the most damning evidence against her because it shows she is lying. I am not bitter or hateful or a monkey.

  • @travellingboy1 What evidence do you speak of Quennel follower? I would love to hear all about it. Mignini would have loved to have it also. This multi million media blitz is total bull. I post all the time and nobody is paying me. And there are many just like me and who is paying you? I just saw injustice. Did you notice my arguments also showed up in the Hellmann report. I guess he was paid millions also. But seriously what evidence?

  • @travellingboy1 ''concentrated on the innept police and prosecutor'' ?? <----Yeah how silly of an idea to focus on such a small thing right ? classic

  • @robi2000 The inept police and prosecutor were not small things ,they were major, but like her supporters in the US you ignore any negative evidence. Do you believe the story of her arrival at the cottage on the morning of the murder?

  • @travellingboy1 i don't really believe or disbelieve her. I just know that assumption is most prevelent by most of her youtube accusers. Ask yourself a simple question. Why are 99% of all comments about Amanda - especially after Rudy confessed... it's because she's an attractive American female more than any evidence that i've been shown.

  • @travellingboy1 to be honest with you - i simply have not known what story about Amanda is truth and which ones are made up.

  • @travellingboy1 lolol...you are forgetting the billion $ campaign by sleazy tabloids/journalists/wannabe authors who began this whole trip. So, if your daughter ( and you knew she was innocent) was made out to be an amoral/psychotic/drug crazed slut you would stand by and let that happen?? And do you REALLY think two young murderers would have alerted police and stayed at the scene? Really? After knowing each other 6 days they enlisted Rudy to help in a murder? Mate, you need help. Quickly.

  • @robi2000 I am not bitter or hateful, I just do not believe her story of when she said she found the cottage front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, and carried on as normal. Anyone finding their home in this state would know something was wrong and do something about it... It is obvious she has lied, and why would she do that? Do not tell me she did not see the blood ect, just read her 4th november 2007 email.

  • The death of Meredith Kercher was both horrible and tragic, and may well have been avoidable. If the Perugian authorities had dealt with Rudy Guede appropriately when he was repeatedly found committing burglary while carrying a weapon, I believe there is a very real possibility Meredith Kercher would still be alive, and Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito could have been spared four years of psychological, emotional and physical torture.

  • @Pinkforestt What would you do if you came home found your front door wide open, no one home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet ? Would you carry on as normal and casually mention it to your boyfriend an hour later over breakfast ? Even a cockroach would know something was wrong. Amanda`s account makes no sense. I have heard all the pro Knox excuses, she didn`t see the blood, ect,In her 4th november email she contradicts all that.

  • @travellingboy1 NO EVIDENCE. She is INNOCENT. :)

  • @Pinkforestt I notice you ignore my question, I do not know if she is guilty of murder. I do know she lied and lied and lied.

  • @travellingboy1 Blood in the bathroom - are you referring to the famous pic of it treated with chemicals putting pink all over or the actual crime scene fotos where there is a drop of blood here, and a watery/bloody partial imprint on the bathmat? The shit was in a different bathroom. The postal police also saw this and the rock through window and THEY DID NOT WANT TO KICK meredith's door down. We all have the advantage of hindsight - she did not.

  • @tputw01 Amanda saw the blood in the bathroom, she even said none of her flatmates would leave it in that state. she saw the shit in the toilet, and said none of her flatmates would do that, and anyway why would she leave it there and not flush it herself? she found the front door open. read her 4th november email. The postal police and everyone else who saw this knew there was something wrong. They did not all go off to do some mopping and have breakfast. This story shows she lied. why?

  • @travellingboy1 How does this story show she lied? That is your smoking gun proving guilt? So she comes home to her home and takes a shower. It was not a bloody mess. And she showered in the bathroom without the crap. Better question Why did she go to such lenghts to conceal her connection to an innocent man. And that was in the Hellmann motivation. If she knew about the crime she would not fear being connected to Patrick L.

  • @tputw01 Travel, If they asked her if she texted her professor back in Wash USA, would she have lied and said no I did not text back my professor. I highly doubt that. But she lied about texting Patrick L back. This is is not someone that knew anything about the commission of the crime. Then when they showed her the "see you later" text she went into emotional shock. She called Filomena before the postal police showed up btw. That is also in Hellmann.

  • @tputw01 It is obvious her story is a lie, anyone returning home and finding the front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, would know something was wrong. It does not prove her guilt, but why would she lie?

  • @travellingboy1 How is it obviously a lie? I came home to a burglary and things were not quite right. It did not click that we got broken into. My wife came home first with our kid and the video game set was taken out of the TV console and left on the floor. They assumed I did it even though I left for work before my wife. When they asked me why I left it out then I knew something was wrong. Started searching and the side door had a broken window. They probably interrupted them.

  • @tputw01 If you had seen the side door window broken, what would you have done then? Amanda found the front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, and did not tell anyone until after she had, showered, mopped her boyfriends floor, and had breakfast.... A brain damaged rodent on crack cocaine would know something was wrong!...Her story was obviously fabricated when she was questioned, one lie leads to another until you have an unbelievable story you have to justify

  • @travellingboy1 The broken window was in Filomena's room and the rock that broke it ended up almost hidden in a bag, and she did not notice that until she was with Raffaele. You don't seem to understand two things - one - she shared that flat with 4 girls that all had boyfriends. Anyone of them or any of their friends could have forgotten to flush (drunk) and cut their foot. Two - you do not immediately suspect murder. That would have been more suspicious. You make zero sense.

  • @travellingboy1 So you are implying that she was lying and must lead to other lies? Kind of a vague generalization. There was no forensic traces of AK or RS in that room. Why would she have to lie? The liar was Dr Patriza Stefanoni whom lied in court. At least Mignini theorized she went back to do that impossible clean up. You theorize nothing.

  • @tputw01 You are right why lie if you have nothing to hide? Her story is an obvious lie. Anyone returning home and finding the front door wide open, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet, would think something was wrong and do something, like call her boyfriend or flatmates, go downstairs to her nieghbours.Look around. Shout, scream. Amanda said she calmly showered, dried her hair, dressed, went to her boyfriends mopped the floor, had breakfast and then told her boyfriend what she found.

  • @travellingboy1 The blood in the bathroom was not exactly a bloody mess. The prosecution released a foto to the tabloids after the room was sprayed with a investigative chemical turning the room into a pink mess that readers assumed was blood. There are crime scene videos available that show the bathroom as Amanda saw it. It was not alarming in the least, especially with all the roommates and their friends.

  • @tputw01 In Amanda`s own words she said she saw the blood on the faucet,in the basin, and the bloody footprint on the bathmat, and she even said none of her flatmates would leave it like that.

  • @travellingboy1 Show me where she said that under absolutely no circumstances my flatmates - or any of their boyfriends and friends of boyfriends would never ever leave a drop of blood? She did not know the window was broken and Merediths' door was closed. The postal police after finding MK's phones and seeing the broken window, and the blood, and the crap, did not want to kick the door down. Explain that please.

  • @tputw01 She told the police the story of how she found the flat when she returned. homeThe door wide open ect..She then tried to justify her tale in an email she sent to 25 people, in the email she said her flatmates were clean and would not leave the bathroom like that, then she contradicts herself and says perhaps Meredith had menstral problems and left it....This is typical of one lie leading to another until you get an unbelievable story, and then trying to justify it.

  • @travellingboy1 Have you read the Hellmann report yet? And you did not answer the question why the postal police did not want to kick the door down when in addition to what AK noticed earlier, the knew the window was broken, and the cellphones were found in a garden. But they still did not see the urgency to kick the door down.

  • @tputw01 I have read the Hellmann report,it has more to do with politics than justice. The postal policeman like everbody else that day except Amanda was concerned. He did not break the door down,as if there was nothing there he would have to pay for the damage himself, he said they should break it dowm themselves.Nobody knew what they would find, except maybe someone who stood well back and did not go near the room after that.

  • @travellingboy1 LMAO!!! Learn to absorb the truth and quit reading tabloid BS.

  • @travellingboy1

Yeah but how many people do things out of their character one night especially in college due to being drunk? The first thing that would pop into your mind is someone was murdered or would you think changes occurred because of college night life.

  • @Sashaeharmony Your excuse for her she was drunk and did something out of character, Really? It was 10-30 in the morning according to Amanda, the first thing to pop into mind would be something is very wrong here and do something, like investigate further, call for help,or be frightened and run out fast. I do not believe anyone would just calmly shower and not do anything for another 2 hours.

  • @travellingboy1 You keep harping on this. Do you know nothing of forensics? Premeditation (no gloves) was ruled out by both courts and Mignini - no way (except in your ignorant mind) could AK and RS partake in a stabbing crime in that tiny room and not leave a single trace. Impossible. Get over it. Spend some time and read the Hellmann report - it will help you understand why you have been so wrong everyday.

  • @tputw01 I do not know what happened that night, I do know Amanda and Raffaele lied.

  • @Sashaeharmony Hellman declared the need to investigate every piece of circumstantial evidence that led to conviction of the first court. This "not immediately recognizing a murder happened" that travellingboy1 posts about every day was not even worth consideration by Hellmann. It was a non issue. So he should stop posting here and write Hellmann.

  • @travellingboy1 Think hard and long about that info. If you can. ;)

  • @travellingboy1 The front door had a habit of blowing open in the wind. Fact. The blood seen in the bathroom was miniscule and would not have sent the thought of ' murder' through any normal persons brain. Fact. The crap in the toilet sure, not nice but not indicative of a murder. Try harder boy. You have a FAIL here.

  • @simisenti Only Amanda said the door had a habit of blowing open, she said it sometimes blew open when you put rubbish out,so she assumed someone was putting rubbish out. Unbelievable when you think they would have been back in seconds and she would have seen them outside. She saw the blood and said none of her flatmates would leave the bathroom in that state. She said she saw the shit and none of her flatemates would leave that...... You still believe her story?

  • i believe in the death penalty if you commit a horrendous crime such as this one no matter who you are.i'm glad she's free because she is an american and because she is attractive.but can anybody see that they got this white girl off the hook and penned everything on the black guy who will never get out of that prison alive.thats motherfucking shame on europe and white america

  • @SMOKING5STRING Another fool who does not know the facts. Rudy Guedes DNA was all over the murder room and on the victim. Amanda Knoxs and Raffaele Sollecitos were not. How can that be huh?? Its is so easy to play the race card isnt it, and Guede has a 16 yr sentence. That is criminal!!

  • @simisenti This is the white man's world and he is a sick racist bias corrupt motherfucker hope will do whatever he has to fuck a black man over.Right is right wrong is wrong.Your track record speaks for itself.

  • @SMOKING5STRING Sad man you are, regardless of colour. Sad.

  • elvis has left the Building

  • I told you- me no assasina

  • The Hellmann report came out today. AK haters start deleting your posts and get some new fake youtube accounts.

  • @tputw01 Hellmanns report changes nothing, there was not enough evidence to convict we all know that, we also know Amanda knows more than she has told. I do not hate her I just hope one day she will tell us the truth.

  • Anybody who ever believed Amanda Knox was actually guilty is mentally retarded since Guede had already been convicted of the crime.

  • Anyone who buys her book is an accomplice to murder

  • @Ladyboyloverxxx2 Lol. To begin with Amanda is innocent so she is not a murderer. Due to a miscarriage of justice Amanda has every right to cash in on her story.

  • @Pinkforestt I heard her book is going to be called "How to tell porkie pies and make it pay"

  • @williamorwell Funny. Amanda Knox is set to become a millionaire. The world needs to know what Mignini has put Amanda Knox through.

  • @Pinkforestt Only America could make a celebrity out of such a person. WAKE UP AMERICA

  • @williamorwell You idiot! The crap British tabloids made her a celebrity sweetie...you have them to thank. :) And I hope she makes millions, she deserves it for a wasted 4 years in prison for something she did not do. Simple.

  • @Pinkforestt i strongly agree she lost all this time off her life she will NEVER get it back so she should be given something

  • Why would a country asassinate a 20 yr old girls character that is 6.500 miles away from home ,, she was crucified & executed in the public spirit,, how dare you --there are crimes on your souls for doing what you have done

  • obviously shes guilty who the hell would it be then she should have stayed in jail

  • @xxxgood123 if you read up on the whole case they have a person in custody!! BECAUSE OF HIS DNA!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • How can I side with the lead prosecutor Guiliano Mignini and his illegal wiretapping. He overextended his powers of the legal system that is there for a reason. The RIGHT to privacy has now become a luxury. Italy, the country where the crime took place, has moved to censor the Internet. Mignini was just one exposed case out of the many from otherslike the bush administration and Obama admin. Greece is facing a financial default and Italy and Spain are next. Youtube ZEITGEIST: MOVING FORWARD

  • AMANDA YOU'RE A SOCIOPATH AND YOU'RE GUILTY.

  • @MrsMuzikInc You keep that thought and wait for Judge Hellmans report due out soon. You are going to need family about when you see what it will say. ;)

  • Amanda ' OJ Simpson ' Knox

  • @damudread Guede was the OJ of this case.He had knife wounds on his hands and hid DNA was found in Meredith Kercher's vagina."Amanda wasn't at the house." - that's what he told the police when he was arrested in Germany.

  • You ignore all evidence and facts,

  • If the rock was 9 pound? And smashed the inside shutters. wood splinters and debris would be scattered. With the window broken it was still impossible for someone to haul themselves up onto a 2 inch shelf full of broken glass, and then carefully remove glass from the lower window frame (Hendry`s theory) The defence tried to find someone who could haul themselves up onto that ledge, and failed. Naturally they did not present this evidence. One expert said only spiderman could do that.

  • @wanderingbillyboy At the trial a demonstration was made by the defense duplicating the spray of glass. The prosecution countered by saying Felomina said the outside shutters were closed - they did not talk about the inside shutters. And I loved the way you said impossible, the police said too high must be staged - and then Filomena was so concerned about security she closed them as tight as possible? And her memory became more sure over time. Curious. Memory does not work that way.

  • @tputw01 actually if u experience a tragedy ur brain can black it out ( kinda like amnesia) and it will eventually come back in most cases little by little!!!!!!!!!! its like when u break a bone it doesn't hurt at first ( your body is in shock) but as time goes on the pain will get worse!!!!

  • @aay0405 You are right that if you witness something terrible your brain can block it out,I know this for sure because it happened to me many years ago when I was 18 years old. I did not make up a story about what had happened I just could not remember anything, after a while I got a vague remberance, but I never got my full memory of what happened.

  • @wanderingbillyboy " 2 inch shelf full of broken glass" The sill is significantly wider than 2 inches. Outside shutters, inside shutters, and casement windows, all fitted there. It looks more like 8-10 inches not 2 inches. The broken glass was on one side of the sill. It is just an amazing coincidence that Amanda and Raffaele supposedly staged the crime using Rudy's MO. I personally am not gullible enough to believe that.

  • @wanderingbillyboy "If the rock was 9 pound? And smashed the inside shutters. wood splinters and debris would be scattered." But wouldn't the same be true for the outside shutters if the rock was thrown from the inside? And the stagers would put the rock almost completely torn clothing bag? Are you serious? They would put it right in front of the window. And why would ak/rs stage anything when none of their DNA was inside that room - zero. Bra clasp and the knife were a joke.

  • @wanderingbillyboy "The defence tried to find someone who could haul themselves up onto that ledge, and failed. Naturally they did not present this evidence. One expert said only spiderman could do that." That is funny then that the judge at Rudy's trial told him that it did not exactly take spiderman to get int there. I saw a pic of a mid aged lawyer with his hands on sill - a young athlete need not be spiderman to get into there from that point. Parkour - search on this if you are clueless

  • @tputw01 You choose to ignore any evidence that does not suit your theory. I think you will find the judge said something completely different to your quote, but I guess you may have only seen the American translation. Its impossible for anyone to pull themselves up onto a 2 inch ledge. A question of balance. If the window was wide open it would be possible. There were no marks on the white painted wall or the ground which was damp, Impossible if someone entered this way... Parkour is spiderman.

  • @wanderingbillyboy I agree it was an athletic feat to get in there. Rudy=Athlete. But two points you are dead wrong on. The sill is not 2 inches it is 8-10 inches. And that was the darkest area. If you still disagree I will post the link to the 48 hours vid and the minutes where the flat was shown at night. Another thing you have not considered is that some of the rooms, such as Merediths or the kitchen could have had lights on and that would affect Rudy's choice.

  • @wanderingbillyboy Speaking of evidence - where are the close up photos of that wall? When I look at it on google earth that wall is filthy. Are you getting your arguments from tjmk? Did they ever sift the ground foot by foot looking for glass under the leaves? Did Rudy have to climb up? Here is a parkour move I can still do and I am past middle aged. Hang from a ledge and move across moving one arm at a time. Rudy could have done this and got in from above - but - eyes accross street.

  • @tputw01 You are a victim of the American campaign to free Knox, Truth reason and evidence mean nothing to you. If you think someone got in that window and Knox has told the truth about what happened that night, then there is no hope for you.

  • @williamorwell I am a victim? Explain why Knox never mentioned Rudy when interrogated by police trained to deal with the mafia? Why after arrest and dumped in prison did she continue to speculate that Raffaele may have done it and she somehow touched the knife - for one if she knew who did it she would not speculate to herself - two that knife had nothing to do with it as we know now. Why did she go into emotional shock when they told AK she texted Patrick L back? Good luck with these!

  • @tputw01 So what your saying is that the cops who interviewed Knox were well trained in getting the truth from the Mafia. Knox is not stupid she knew people would read her diary. Do you think a guilty person in prison awaiting trial would write the truth in their diary?

  • @williamorwell 3 separate times showed she didn't know Rudy did it. 1) interrogated by 12 mafia trained cops - mignini said she named Patrick L to throw off investigation - bs. 2) According to the interpreter, went into emotional shock when they caught her lying about texting Patrick L back, She thought Patrick L did it!!!!. Why would she lie about texting him back see you later. 3) In prison if she knew who did it, she would have just not speculated who did it period.

  • @tputw01 Once upon a time, a girl named Amanda returned to her cottage , she found the front door open. None of her 3 friends who lived there were home, she went to the bathroom and saw some blood on the faucet the basin and floor. She showered dressed and taking a mop went to see her boyfriend, after about an hour she told him what she had found, adding that someone had shit and not flushed the toilet. "Do you think anythig is wrong" she said......If you like Fairy stories read Amanda`s diary..

  • @travellingboy1 I would rather read your diary. I wonder why you and myself and everyone posting on these pages have access to someones personal diary. I can see why investigators have access to it and relevant to murder entries would be entered into court, but irrelevant to murder were just released to tabloids to assasinate her character so they could convict her on nothing. As for fairy tails - Migninis is much more way out there. Denial is not a river in Africa.

  • @tputw01 This Fairy story was taken from an email, Amanda sent to her mother and 25 other people on the 4th nov 2007 just 2 days after the murder. One of the recipients of the email, the owner of a bar in Seattle where Amanda had worked, sent it to the city`s police, who sent it on to Perugia`s police..Amanda`s diary like any other evidence should be available, but not before the trial.I dont read the tabloids... I agree Migninis theory is also a Fairy tail.... Who knows the truth? Not you not me.

  • @travellingboy1 Go take a look at the bathroom video here, done by the Italian Police. You need a magnifying glass to see blood on the faucet, there was none obviously visible on the basin and the floor mat had a watery bloody mark that could have been almost anything. Educate yourself before commenting. Search for Amanda bathroom fallacy here at youtube. And learn.

  • @simisenti "I saw the blood and first thought it was mine, then I knew it wasn`t mine because the stains on the mat were too big, and when I touched the blood in the sink it was caked on.there was also blood smeared on the faucet,I thought it was strange, because my room-mates are very clean and wouldn`t leave blood in the bathroom" Amanda`s words in an email she sent to 25 people mainly in Seattle 2 days after the murder, She also mentions the front door being open the shit in the toilet

  • @travellingboy1 Dont need to explain anything more to you or any other guilter...Hellmann has said it all. :)

  • @simisenti ..When you use the nonword guilter you show yourself as a Knox campaigner with a closed mind and blind to any evidence that shows she has not told the truth.

  • @travellingboy1 On the contrary, I am not a ' Knox' supporter, I am a supporter of those innocent people incarcerated on the flimsiest of evidence, with no motive, no predisposition to violence, etc. You on the other hand have a closed mind and a badly wired brain because the truth is there for all sane people to see. Always has been and Hellmann/Zannetti and the other jurors happened to see it also. Quit frequenting sites like PMF and TJMK and you too can have that veil lifted. ;)

  • @simisenti You are a brain washed fanatic, you refuse to look at any evidence that shows Amanda has not told the truth... What would you do if you came home found your front door open,no one home, blood in the bathroom, shit in the toilet? Would you calmly shower?.. Even a cockroach would know something was wrong.

  • @travellingboy1 :) :) The door often blew open in the wind please check it out, the blood in the bathroom was hardly noticeable except for a partial footprint on mat, the unflushed toilet was in another bathroom and does not mean a murder has been committed. You sadly, are the brainwashed one. ;) Oh, and an idiot.

  • @simisenti You are the brain washed fanatic, read Amanda`s email she sent on the 4th november. You are the only one still defending her. WAKE UP

  • @travellingboy1 LMAO!!!!!!!!! ;)

  • @travellingboy1 and tell me. how do you know that she returned to her cottage found the front door open etc etc...? because the local police who did not even have the intelligence to record the interrogations of someone who was addmittedly high on hash say so ?? it's the most basic thing in police work-record interrogations. Only fools believe all police .

  • @robi2000 Its Amanda`s story in an email she sent to 25 people 2 days after the murder. It is also what she told the police. I do not believe her.

  • @travellingboy1 You are so hung up on this shower thing. What exactly are you trying to imply? That she went there to clean and stage the break in? That she never left? Seriously what are you implying so I can shred holes in it?

  • @tputw01 She knew people were going to read her diary, giving or selling it to the tabloids was wrong and should have been investigated. We all know the tabloids can spin a story and make lies out of truth and visa versa. American websights supporting Knox have done the same. I do not know what happened that night, I do know her version makes no sense.

  • @williamorwell More to say....Amanda wrote a lot of personal stuff in her diary that was confiscated and given to the tabloids for people like you. She did not expect her personal diary to be confiscated. In this diary she speculated about who could have done it and even wrote about Raffaele and that bread killing knife. If you keep a diary, and you get the mail, would you speculate who got the mail? Of course not. By the way - was AK or RS prints on that rock?

  • @williamorwell Truth, reason and evidence has evaded you sir. Another one who needs family about when Hellmans report comes out. How ARE you going to cope with what it contains I wonder. :)

  • @simisenti You now have faith in the Italian judiciary? whatever the judge says cannot make Knox`s story believable. She still has many questions to answer. When is she going to agree to an interview with someone who will ask these questions? I predict Never. Only naive brainwashed people like you who believe her story will make her a star. WAKE UP

  • @williamorwell What questions remain unanswered for you williammorwell??

  • @simisenti The question of what she did, no sane person can believe her story.

  • @williamorwell lolol, on the contrary william. Its the sane who DO see the truth. You on the other hand have been tainted by the disgusting haters at sites like TJMK and PMF. Those people continue to believe the tabloid trash, its laughable. You are an old ' codger' are you not? You should be displaying more intelligence william, really you should.

  • @williamorwell No. I have faith in one Judge who saw the truth after it was belatedly pointed out to him. I reiterate, Amanda is a 'star' because idiots and haters like you made her one. I personally hope she baths in champagne and eats caviar all the days of her life.

  • How the media, bought and paid for by

Amanda Knox's deluded family and friends, could play up the angle she was this beautiful American victimized by the European courts is laughable. The woman is downright plain and UGLY. She just seems rather over-sexed and incredibly stupid.

  • Her fault was that she didnt know how to handle the court sitation at first because she knew she was innocent so thats why she was ignorant etc. And everybody is discussing how she found the blood etc but it all happened fast and you never know how would you handle the same situation at the same time and how you would act if you were in her shoes...she just made some emotional mistakes and thats all. Thats how I see it! And really the murder case itself is very simple with Rudy.

  • @laimek If you believe her story that she went home found the front door open,no one home, blood in the bathroom, and just calmly showered. Then you must think she is mad or extremely stupid, I think she is neither. I do not know what happened that night but I do know her and her boyfriend lied.

  • @williamorwell Do you know just how little blood there was? A 1/2 bloody footprint on a mat, easily could have been from a cut foot! Too many people think the ' pink' bathroom photo was blood. It was not, it was chemical used to find forensic evidence. Once again you make things out to more than they actually are. Do you work for the tabloids perchance?

  • @simisenti Why do you have to insult anyone who dissagrees with you, Amanda saw the blood, she said she thought it could be menstrual, but later said her flatmates would never leave a mess like that.Maybe she is extremely stupid, what she said she did makes no sense.

  • @williamorwell Go find the youtube vid ' Amanda Knox Bathroom Fallacy' and see exactly how the bathroom looked before it was covered in chemical and come back and say you would have freaked out and thought someone was murdered! This video is a POLICE video BTW.

  • @williamorwell Exactly. Nobody with a brain is fooled by this heartless sociopath.

  • To understand this case all you have to do is Google "false confession". A young inexperienced woman was interrogated in Italian 8 hours a day in a foreign country by incompetent police who were on a witch hunt. On one occasion they interrogated her all night long. This is how they break people down and get false confessions to support their fraudulent persecution. These are the same techniques they use at Guantanamo. Nothing she said under interrogation should be viewed as the truth.

  • @calamagrostis88 Guantanamo you are joking. She fingered an innocent person who along with his family suffered for 2 weeks. He was only released when he came up with a cast iron alibi. She lied to her ass off. You people seem to ignore any evidence against her. You think the entire Italian legal system conspired to convict an innocent young American girl.Look at the evidence not just the biased Innocent campaigners sites.
