mind u i have to say, that sitting in a apache 2miles away and pushing a button, and killing women/kids/reporters, oooh yeh insurgents , dont need any pull ups. ,

but yeh, cut down on the dairy products, and stay lean and u will do your 20 pull ups.

That is a chin up, not a pull up. Why do so many people get the two mixed up?

doesnt matter in the Marines. the two are the one and the same,avoiding potential confusion. i mean,correct me if im wrong,both ways you are pulling yourself up.

@ttmaster26 on the PFT they are both counted as pull ups. I can do the same amount either way. It is all a matter of comfort.

@ttmaster26 - In the Marine Corps, they're called pull-ups for simplicity. You can execute them either way, but my guess on why people call these pull-ups is... because... you're pulling yourself up. Just a guess buddy.
