@destiny6666 You are so right... eating healthy and exercising should be a daily routine for the rest of your life, but sometimes it helps to have little challenges along the way. :)
@CliftaFIT - yes more of a year round approach to health, getting contest ready in approx. 4-6 weeks if so desired, I'm surprised at how many off season body builders get down right fat, a yo-yo cycle of strict food & intense training for approx. 3 months, followed by 9 months of indulgence, I know you can't train intensely 365 days a year, but as most are projecting the body beautiful/health I wonder why it is so difficult to eat lean meats, fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds over the off season? :)
must say you look amazing beautiful, pretty face the most beautiful curves,love those arms, can i ask what your pretty biceps measure flexed, i guess 12.5 im a great guesser,lol, you do a great work, hug from sweden

No, they are only 11.5 inches. They are probably about 12 pumped. They used to be 13- 13.5 when I trained for bodybuilding.
